Applying for Housing at St. Joseph’s Commons
Rising Well is a member of the Cuyahoga County Continuum of Care. This is an extensive network of agencies that plans, organizes, and delivers housing and services to prevent homelessness, assist people while they are homeless, and help transition people into stable housing.
Step 1: Contact Coordinated Intake
The first step to acquire housing is to contact the Cuyahoga County Continuum of Care Coordinated Intake Line. You must call to schedule an assessment at 216.674.6700 to see if you qualify.
Coordinated Intake is the front door to emergency shelters for individuals and families with no place to safely sleep and who are literally homeless.
St. Joseph’s Commons accepts housing vouchers from Cleveland Municipal Housing Authority (CMHA) and Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
